Terms of Service

1. Provider

The service is provided by Agent CS sp. z o.o., ul. Chełmska 19/21 lok. 7, 00-724 Warsaw, Poland, KRS 0001257455, NIP 5214175194. Contact: gregory@casting.studio.

2. The service

Agent CS for TikTok lets a business that uses Agent CS connect its own TikTok account, review posts prepared by Agent CS and publish them to that account. A post is published only after the account holder confirms it on the review screen.

3. Your account and content

You must be the owner of the TikTok account you connect or be authorised to act for it. You are responsible for the content you choose to publish and for complying with TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and, where applicable, Branded Content Policy. You keep all rights to your content.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to publish content that infringes others' rights, is unlawful, or misleads viewers, nor to post content copied from other platforms without the right to do so.

5. Disconnecting

You can disconnect your TikTok account at any time with "Disconnect TikTok" or in your TikTok app settings. After disconnecting we can no longer post to your account.

6. Price

The service is part of the Agent CS subscription described in the Agent CS Terms. There is no separate charge for connecting TikTok.

7. Liability

We provide the service with due care. We are not responsible for TikTok's availability or decisions about content on its platform.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will publish the new version on this page. Polish law applies. Complaints: gregory@casting.studio, answered within 14 days.
